Hello and Welcome to Puggins Mountain Paints & QuarterHorses, Home to Bryce and Brandi and our much loved horses and pets.
We have a cozy farm situated outside of Dawson Creek, in NorthEast British Columbia. Our farm is nestled in the beautiful eastern foothills of the Rocky Mountains, on the Heritage Highway. Here we breed and raise outstanding horses with excellent dispositions, great confirmations, with unique and beautiful color.
We are focused on breeding American Paint Horses, and have a couple beautiful mares that compliment our stallion.Our goal is to produce stunning APHA horses, that have reining, cowhorse/ cutting bloodlines. Homozygosity for the tobiano pattern, and some with diluted color is a beautiful bonus. With our current stock, we will have some fancy foals being born this spring.
We are a small operation. Bryce and I spend time with ALL the horses on a daily basis. All of our foals are handled from day one. They are friendly, curious, and love to be with people. Our broodmares are quiet, respectful and trusting. I like to ensure these qualities are passed on to the foals. I do not own a mare that is sour or not people friendly. Our stallion is VERY personable and handled on a daily basis. This desired disposition is bred into our foals, and being friendly comes natural to them. They are born into a loving, safe and healthy environment.
Combine quality, proven bloodlines, great confirmation, all painted up with desirable color, and you have the horses that live here on our farm.
